Startup community around North America in Montreal this week for International startup festival

Yes, Montreal has a festival for everything, Jazz, Comedy, Beer, Food, Wine, and now in its 3rd year, the International Startup Festival. The Startup Festival, taking place in Montreal’s Old Port from July 10th to the 13th, is more than just a conference of speakers. It is a place for discovery and interaction. There are wonderful speakers lined up providing startup stories and valuable pointers and there are interactive stations where you can discuss your favourite startup topic with leaders in the field.

So why are we writing about it here at the Canadian Deals Association? Simple, the deals industry is flush with startups and entrepreneurs. We have interacted with hundreds of startups and entrepreneurs over the years within this community and there are startups entering the deals and coupons market every month. It is a much larger industry than most realize. Plus, there aren’t many gatherings of quality startup conferences or festivals in Canada, let alone Montreal. As such, it is our pleasure to promote it to our audience.

The festival has been generous enough to offer our audience a 15% rebate off regular ticket prices. For any that would like to take advantage of that, please click through the link.

Some of top speakers at the festival include:

Marc Garneau, Michael Chasen, Dave McClure, Ian Jeffrey, Roger Chabra, Jeff Hoffman, Rahul Sood, Mark MacLeod, Andy Nulman

Enjoy Montreal’s Old Port and enjoy the Festival, congrats to Phil Telio and his dedicated team for producing another great event.
